We couldn’t be happier with the work Billy and his team did on our dormer roof. From the very beginning, Billy was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We were particularly impressed when he came over with his drone to inspect the roof and was able to explain exactly what needed doing. We felt completely guided and reassured throughout the whole process.

We had scaffolding put up and, as we had family coming to stay, we specifically needed the work completed and the scaffolding taken down before our guests arrived. Billy worked incredibly hard to meet the deadline and actually managed to complete everything a day earlier than expected, which was fantastic.

His team were polite, hardworking and efficient, and they got the job done quickly while doing a brilliant job.

Our felt, flat roof needed major repairs. Estimate was clear, detailed and promptly supplied. The guys who did the work (Alan and Alex) were prompt in the mornings, happy to answer queries and easy to have around. They addressed any questions promptly and dealt with any issues we raised.
